RISA was created from a desire to make indulgence feel more intentional.

After my 100-pound weight loss journey, I found myself searching for a sweet treat made with real ingredients that still felt rich and satisfying. What began with blending dates, almond butter, and coconut in my kitchen became the first RISA flavor, Almond Coconut, and inspired the collection that followed.

Today, each RISA truffle is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients to create a balance between richness, simplicity, and everyday enjoyment.
